Minimum and Maximum Delivery Timelines:

  • Maximum Delivery Timeline: 10 days for standard shipping methods. Expedited shipping options may offer shorter delivery times.

Order Delays:
In the unlikely event of unexpected delays, we will promptly communicate the situation and provide an estimated delivery date. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such instances.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Incorrect Address or Unreachable Contact Number:
    If the provided address is incorrect or cannot be found by our delivery partner at the time of delivery, or if the contact number is not reachable, dvansfits is not liable for any resulting non-delivery or delay.

  2. Delayed Notification:
    If the customer has not received their order within 3-10 business days and fails to inform us within 7-10 days of the expected delivery date, dvansfits is not liable for any non-delivery or delay in receiving the order.

  3. Delivery Attempts:
    Our delivery partners will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver the order. If the delivery is not successful after these attempts, dvansfits is not responsible for any further delivery issues, and additional charges may apply for reshipping.

  4. Weather and Natural Disasters:
    dvansfits is not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or other uncontrollable circumstances that may affect the delivery schedule.

  5. Customs and Import Duties:
    For international orders, any customs or import duties that may apply are the sole responsibility of the customer. dvansfits is not responsible for any delays or additional costs incurred due to customs processing.

  6. Order Tracking:
    Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided to the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to track the order and be available for delivery. dvansfits is not liable for any issues arising from the customer's failure to monitor the shipment.
